Radiant has a well-structured educational program. If you carry out your duties according to the routine and schedule the management has implemented, before you know it, your work day will be over. And you go home with a great sense of satisfaction.
We have three job categories: Montessori Guide or Lead Teacher; Assistant Teacher; and Teacher’s Aide.
Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers must have prior experience in a Licensed Childcare Facility. Teacher’s Aides may be hired without prior experience but they must be willing to learn and take instructions from the other staff.
Salaries are negotiable and we can easily match what you are currently earning depending on your position, education, and experience. We are looking for candidates with a cheerful personality & be willing to take directions from the management staff. Currently, we have a great team of 18 employees and are expanding.
